This ascends the clean, left-facing dihedral on the left side of a prominent, beer bottle shaped pillar leaning against the cliff.

It starts with a log ladder to overcome the rotten, overhanging 10' band at the base. From the ledge atop the ladder, ascend the left side of a wide, hollow flake (easy) to the base of the dihedral. Crank up the vertical dihedral on glory hands, which widen to cups as the angle lessens up the neck of the "bottle", finish with a few off-width moves to a great belay ledge on top of the "bottle".

This is a great desert moderate, and the rock is pretty good considering it's the Bluff Member, but it ain't no Wingate...

A left-facing dihedral that is on a narrowing block fractured from a tall pillar that spans the height of the cliff.

Starts as cups, but quickly narrows through hands, thin hands, and into tight .75/baggy .5 laybacking through an overhanging stretch to a "thank God" handjam at the lip of the steep bit. Ends on the narrow ledge atop the detached block (which is dusty from the removal of several sizable blocks).

This is a pumpy layback affair on good Bluff rock, although there's some friable edges on the face and some lichen near the top.

An elegant splitter with some of the best rock the Bluff Member offers. Starts with bouldery, left-leaning tips and fingers with good pods (power crux), continues up offset off-fingers with some stemming on face features to the right (endurance crux), and finishes with hero hands and tight hands into a tight pod with the anchor.

This one saw a second ascent recently confirming grade and quality.

This route climbs the south face of a small tower.  It has fun laybacks to a bolt protected mantle to gain the top.  The second should be aware of the pendulum if they were to fall at the mantle.

A prominent left-facing dihedral about 100 meters right (south) of the Bant.

Start via a grungy squeeze (or scamper up the shrubby tree and step across) and proceed up more squeeze chimney with handjams in wedged blocks through the dirty lower portion. The upper corner begins as an off-width, and narrows through fists into steep cups.

Some trundling and cleaning was done to the lower section, but it's still a bit dirty and definitely desert blue-collar; the upper corner is clean and excellent.

The climb holds good shade, even late into the afternoon, and the belay is behind a boulder and shady too. This is a good option to escape the heat on this otherwise sunny wall.

Definitely a fun route starting with fingers and going all the way to a #6 camalot. The start is a 5.10 layback that leads to hands.  It then goes to 5.11 OW that takes some technique and strength.

The climb starts below a bush and ramps left up soft stone.  It begins with OW into tight hands inside the OW.  It then goes through some good finger locks up to another ledge.  It then goes OW to a hand jam to finger tips up to the top.  Some of the moves are committing and the stone is sandy and soft.  It could be better with traffic and anchors.

This clean, right-facing dihedral offers classic climbing. It would have a line if it were on Supercrack Buttress!

Hands/cups comprise the bulk of the corner, with some fists in a short offset in the middle, and a short stretch of tight hands leading to the brief off-width (arm-bar/heel-toe) finale to a sloping ledge.

This has the best rock of any climb I've done in the Bluff area...it's not quite Wingate, but pretty damn close!
