Heads up sculpted bulge into a 20 ft panel of steep black rock. Flip the lip and clip the chains. There's more than a few big holds to be found en route, but this certainly isn't a jug haul.  Clip leader's rope back into lowest chain draw when lowering to avoid getting stuck in space.

You Only Live Twice

Do your best to not waste a single drop of energy during the moderate intro.  Then follow green lichened rock through steep terrain. Big moves on mostly positive holds builds a nauseating pump for the head wall above.Clip leader's rope back into lowest chain draw when lowering to avoid getting stuck in space.

Slab leads to big moves on incut pinches and juggy slopers, finishing on highly featured arete. Brilliant movement and position. One of the classic 11's at the crag.

First 3 bolts of dirty, but easy climbing lead into a clean off vertical face. Breaks LEFT at triangular juggy feature following cryptic sidepulls to large blocky feature and independent anchors. Less jugs and more tech than the other routes on the Sun Deck. Forage for the right sequence.

Follow great rock straight up the face.   A sustained journey high into the sky with plenty of safe opportunities to fly. Certainly a crowd favorite and no surprise given the position and quality of movement from bottom to top.  Lots of little moderate moves that add up to one big pump (hence "Murmurations").

Scramble up the easy, but thought provoking slab.  Catch your breath at the choosy ledge and then head into steeper terrain.  After reaching the first chain draw head LEFT.  Launch into the large hanging blocks, pause, and then squeeze. Crux is relatively short, but draining enough to make the moderate finish feel trickier than it should. Clip leader's rope back into lowest chain draw when lowering to avoid getting stuck in space.

Low crux wakes up the fingers (and brain) followed by pumpy climbing on mostly positive slopey jugs leading to some cool 3d movement at the top.Difficult to rate this one.  May feel quite easy or hard for the grade.

Start on good holds that generally get smaller and worse until the roof/bulge. At the roof, the climbing changes from small edges to large slopers with a challenging move to reach high enough past the roof to get onto positive holds. Head left after the roof (around the 6th bolt). The route stays pumpy with some hard-to-locate holds until the last bolt where it's possible to pause to figure out how to make it through the short runout to the chains.

Same start as "Chanterelle" First 3 bolts of dirty but easy climbing lead in to a clean vertical face. Head Right at triangular juggy feature straight into powerful moves on slopers and pinches. Finishes on same anchor as "Shapes and Colors"

A mix of 20 year old highly questionable hardware and some new bolts. This route was found partially bolted (may have been climbed as a mixed route in early 2000's?). New anchors added and some bolts added to bring to modern sport climbing standards, but old bolts have still not been replaced, and first bolt is still fairly high.  Bolts have been snapped off this route already, so no promises that the old bolts are any good....

2nd tier that is just right of the black wall (Animal House) and directly above Bomb Shelter. Access via Group Therapy (5.6)
