The wall's namesake route. Good but not great. A thin and powerful boulder problem above the third bolt is the routes hardest move, but expect the middle section to be quite sustained and shoulder intensive. Small feet and a flurry of thin crimps, shallow pockets and underclings make this this route technical and powerful- it feels hard for 12c. A great rest is found before the final bouldery moves that lead to the anchor. It seemed the chains were placed in a bad spot...I had to clip them from way left of the anchor leaning off a left hand pocket with small feet and a lot of body tension. Some holds have been chipped or enhanced.

Start by standing pulling off a fallen log into a big pocket from which you'll clip the first bolt. Pull some long, delightful moves on solid pockets for four bolts, take a deep breath at the flake undercling, and put your thinking cap on for the delicate, crimpy crux to pull onto the headwall and clip the anchors.

Start out in the stem corner for the first half of the climb, enjoying some rare hand jams for the area. After the first few bolts, pull out of the corner onto the face where a balancey crux reaches high to a solid pocket. Continue up peacefully to the anchors.

Begin by laying back on a flake of left-facing crimps to reach the clipping edge at the first bolt. Crimp your way through positive edges to an undercling crux at the third bolt. Make an awkward clip, then keep it together through water-sculpted stone to the top of the route, stemming and high-stepping your way to victory. Reminiscent of Rifle's more-vertical routes, with excellent rock quality on its upper half.

Ascends the arete to the climber’s left of Rug Doctor. Joins “Back Out” after the first two bolts. A little dirty in sections.
