A beautiful sit start in the middle of the face that eventually links into the stand start 7 Pines Arête. Starts on the middle xenolith feature and climbs perfect rock up crimps and pinches into the stand start and top out on good holds. One of the best of it's relative difficulty in the San Jacintos. Climb the scoops 6’ left of the Seven Pines Arete.  Fun, good rock, good warmup for the climbs next to it or on the Snake Oil boulder just behind.

Mantle onto the boulder and crank tiny crystals to good holds up higher.

A fun face problem on good rock.

"Makido" was how my son pronounced the word tomato, as a toddler.

The classic overhanging arete. Tricky down low and cool jugs up high. Very good rock.

There is also a cool vertical face problem 6' left of the arete.

Step off a small boulder and follow a cool sequence up the beautiful wall. The crux is the last move.

Starts on obvious Spock crack/ pocket and incut edge. Use magic skills to get to the jug on the lip and then topout the huge jug-covered slab.

The left arete has balancy moves on excellent rock.

A thin crack problem with a sloper topout.

Pull on with sharp finger locks and lunge for a bucket at the lip.

Climb the wave-shaped arete of the precarious boulder.  Don't tip it over.

A short but sweet dyno problem on great rock.  Sit start, crank from the low rail to a second rail, then pull over the bulge on positive holds.

Climb classic knobs up the middle of the face.  Great problem on cool-looking, high quality rock.

You can also do a short mantle problem over the bulge on the left side of the face at about v1.

A great problem. Insecure moves that feel more like a route than a boulder problem.
