Although squat in stature when compared to the classic routes next to it, this interesting feature has quality rock and is worth climbing. Start sitting with hands low on the face and a heel out left in the dish. Hike your weight, throw for the ledge and try to stick the crux move to the horizontal. From here move up to some good holds, step up into the crack and top out to the right. The friction in the horizontal is superb, you may actually lose some skin trying this one!

Amazing pillar original route

Easy route

An easier way up the Slice of Life boulder. Start on the left, straddling the low corner with hands matched on the rail. Move up to the horizontal and traverse to the good holds up and right. Use a left handed sloper and a dish for the left foot to avoid beaching on the slopey and slippery topout

Sit start on the corner just left of Love Triangle with a right-hand undercling and left-hand sidepull. Try to find feet on the actual boulder for 5 minutes or so, then give up and just use the detached block. Use good holds on the block up and to the left to top out.

From a sit in the middle of the face climb up and left on cool holds.  Good little warmup

On SE corner of pillar: start with left hand on large pinch, work your feet up and get small crimp on face, get your left hand up, hike feet and throw for good hold up and left.  A classic DL hard problem!  Easier for the tall in my opinion.

Start with good edge.  Climb the arête feature not using wall right or jamming in the crack to a slopey finish.

From a sit climb the nice arete trending left near the end.  Balancey and there's a cool thumb hold.  A grade easier from the stand.

From a sit climb up the center of the face.  Fun little thing.  Reminiscent of Horse Pens.

Starting left of Love Triangle, pull on from a sit (for me), with a right hand undercling crimp and a left sidepull crimp in a seam and power to a crimp.   From there move right, staying low, into the double aretes of Love Triangle.  This is a forced line with good moves.  The large detached blocks are not used for feet.

Start on the face left of Amazing Pillar and climb the left side of the Amazing Pillar.  The crux is up high, make sure to have a few pads and spotters as a fall will probably put you right on a rock in the landing. I believe this is right of the Original Route but correct me if I'm wrong.

Fun warmup, tricky.  Climb the Right side of the face and arete.

Start on jug at chest height and make a couple tricky moves to get up on the face. Cool pinches and smears get you to the top. 

Sit start of left side of overhanging arete on underclings.  Move up crimps to a big move right, topout.

Named after the the shape of the rock and the heart shaped hole in a tree up and to the right of the problem, sit start with arms spread out wide and feet on detached block/s. Stand up to a slick left hand and the crux is  figuring out how to get right hand up to a smallish jug on the right (there is good beta to make the crux easier but figuring that out is half the fun). Pull up to the big jug on the apex and top it out.  

  A pretty good little problem. Using the detached block/s seems appropriate on this problem. It might be possible to do it without them but it would be really hard and probably contrived (unless you figure out some really cool beta).

Start down low in seam and work your way up into the top of Bumboy

Climb the West face of the pillar.  Fun, and a good warm up.

Start standing on ledge. Compress and balance your way up the blunt arete. 

Sit start on right side of overhanging arete with undercling and sidepull, move up bulge and topout.

Climb up the pretty arete from the obvious jug start.

THE classic with the arete on the pillar. Climb up center of tall face with slab below(don't worry you'll easily clear it if you blow it)and follw crimps and rails to the top. Inspect the top out for accumulated debris first as the top out is super good if clean and scary if dirty.

Face and corner to the right of the Amazing Pillar.  Climb up using slopy ledges and holds in corner.  Fun warm-up
