Starts out easy the crux is pulling the final moves.  The crux is well protected with a small stopper.  For an easier exit work right at the top (5.6).

The face between Ivy Right and Old Stump.

An excellent beginner climb or first lead.  This route follows the crack system straight to the top.

A fun route.  The bottom of the climb is fairly easy 5.6ish.  The real fun begins at the top where you'll be glad you brought that big piece.

Follow the small holds trying to make a direct line with a small corner on the top of the wall.  The hardest part for me was finding the holds.

Face climb between Alexandra David Neal and the arete on the right.  The route is fairly straight.  If you set your top rope right you can do both this and Alexandra David Neal on the same rope.  Even slide over a bit to do Old Stump if you didn't want to Lead it.

Face climbing with a fairly definitive crux half way up.

Climb to a small roof (crux) on small edges and make your way to the top.

This is an excellent climb that is completely independent of Jasper's Dihedral, but can be done off the same rope.  The climbing is great and offers some of the best exposure at Blue Mounds - an excellent line.  Enjoy!!

This is one of the most popular areas in Blue Mounds.  Saturday Buttress is located between Many Cracks Buttress and Midnight Buttress.  It contains a number of really fun leads Ivy Right (5.5), Old Stump (5.7), and Jasper's Dihedral (5.8) as well as several moderate top rope problems:  Gulliver's Travels (5.7+), Black and Blue Bulge (5.8+), and Black Wall (5.9).  The cliff is clearly visible from the paved trail.
