Start on a crimpy seam with marginal feet.  Gain slopers at the lip and mantel.  Finish up the slab.

Left Bookend

Layback finger crack on left side of boulder. Move up to positive holds at lip then smear your way onto slab and finish. Bring a brush to clean face.

Follow edges up the right side of the boulder.

Locate a line of ultra thin crimps in the center of the boulder.  Start in a tiny horizontal seam with virtually no feet.  Crank up to two ridiculously thin crimps.  Maybe get a foot up to a miserable smear.  Launch for the flat one pad edge directly above and mantel it.   

  Hideously thin, one of the crimpiest in the forest.  Quite miserable, ultimately rewarding when sent. One of those problems I just had to do, because it made me so frustrated.

The rock quality is very good here. There is a nice mix of crimps, jugs, slopers and sidepulls. The classics here are Feel My Pain V7 and Left Bookend V3.
