An awkward and committing start. Find the jug and head up to the undercling to get your first piece in. Lie back to the S shaped crack and try and get a finger size piece in. A short but committing climb with decking potential in several spots if you blow the gear.

Steep and possibly slippery with great protection highlight the first part of this climb.  If you make it through this section, catch a breather, and expect a complete different set of climbing skills for the remainder of the route.  Bring some small gear for the upper portion.  This is a great climb from start to finish.  Tape those mitts....

Fun "Joshua Tree" Style Route minus the rock quality (not climbed often) its fun even if it is a little short. A must do if climbing Fist Grease... I mean your already up there right?

This is a formation that sits about 300 feet west and a bit north of the Main Wall area. It features one of the best crack climbs in the McDowells (and probably Central Arizona) on it's north face, Fist Grease.
