Interesting series of friction moves on tiny crystals an micro crimps. Start standing and get high feet to hit an undercling. Lean right and hit nonexistant holds to move your feet up before finding the high crack. Top out as in Tiny Pants.

Stairway to Heaven

So easy you can do it in tennis shoes! Starting on the righthand flake of the crack, employ paybacks and foot jams till you reach the top of the righthand flake. Exit off the top of the right flake.

Stand start with your left hand on the obvious crack and the right up high. Goes straight up.

If you like high tension and slopers then this is for you. Start sitting at the bottom of the flake and make your way upwards by squeezing on either side. Find the higher of the two low left feet and slap the right hand while toe hooking the right side to move your left hand above the rock. Topout using a series of delicate, desperate moves

Easy and fun. This is a good warm up before heading deeper onto the trail. Start just to the left of the arete that faces the forest and head straight up! Exit on the side of the trail.

Shady with partial sun, these boulders are ideal for those hot days if you have literally nothing better to do. Spaced along a hike to a scenic view or a mountain top lake, they're ideal if you want to get some short easy problems in before swimming. Within minutes, sometimes even seconds, of the trail and the road, they are easily accessible for almost anyone. The rock is similar to that of the Gunks with horizontal crack systems and a few large vertical crack systems. Mostly a local spot with few established boulders, this is not a "drive for hours" (or even a "drive for 30 min) destination.
