Beautiful hand crack.  Getting through the pod can be the crux for some people.

This is an interesting engaging route, and unusual climbing for the Forks. It's almost entirely face with thin, but adequate protection. Manuel Rangel found, cleaned, TR'd and equipped this pitch. A safe lead would not of been possible without his efforts. Hats off to Manny for finding this quality route which had been overlooked for so long. The climbing is challenging and enjoyable. There are some loose flakes about 30 ft up, but it's easy at that point. The upper face is a little licheny but still climbs well. One should feel comfortable leading above small wireds and cams. Begin in a corner to a bulge (1st pin), face to flakes then a little to the right. Climb up along the arete (2nd pin) then face climb on the right side of the arete to the top.

Pillow Fight is located in the middle of Pillow Wall, just left of Davidson Dihedral (a prominent left-facing dihedral you can't miss). Fun hand-sized jamming as the crack goes vertical and the crack squeezes down to tight-hands and off-fingers to exit at the top. Fun route!

Davidson Dihedral is the aesthetic open book directly across from the Davidson Wall.  It is the line to do on the Pillow Wall and supposedly received it's name before it was climbed, because local climbers thought that Paul Davidson was the only one who could lead it. He wanted to call it "Pillowing", but Davidson Dihedral stuck. 

  The route is mainly tight hands and fingers, but is quite pumpy because the crack is flaring and insecure.  Pro is solid, but not mindless to place, and this can add to the difficulty.

Crack-a-Pogo is located on the right end of the Pillow Wall just beyond the fairly obvious Marilyn Chambers Crack. 

  Start off fingerlocks climbing in two crack systems.  Once able, move to the right hand crack and enjoy the thin hand and hand jams to the canyon rim.   

  I have also climbed the left crack which is enjoyable.  Good hand jams climb a sweet crack then careful moves past a little loose rock land you on top.

Another Paradise Forks twin-cracks-in-a-corner route.  Fun jamming and stemming.  Shorter and easier than most other routes on this wall.  For added challenge, you can climb either the left or right side cracks as eliminates.

From a distance, the route looks like you need Valley Giants or Big Bros to protect it safely.  But, there is a second, smaller crack in the corner that takes gear quite nicely. 

  A good route if you want to work on your wide crack technique.  Some loose blocks at the top.

Bouldery climbing using a few good locks and face holds leads to a fist-sized slot, then easier climbing above. Good climbing, but short lived.

Ivory Snow is the first splitter crack right of Pillow Case. The start is hard, consisting of fingers with OK feet, then grows to thin hands. Once past the first 20' the moves start to flow. When the angle eases off the crack pinches down and face moves put you near the top. Finish on a broken crack to the canyon rim.

Just to the left of Pillow Fight. Fun lead on thinner gear. Stem between two seams following good holds. Transition into the thin crack on the right jamming your way up and exiting right.Considering this is at the Forks I imagine this has been climbed before? Anyone have any information on it?

Pillow Case is found sort of right-middle on the Pillow Wall, a pair of cracks in a left-facing corner system. I think most people usually start out in, and mostly climb the right crack, that starts as tight hands, and gradually widens out to fists as you approach the rim.

Pillow Wall is on the western side of the northern arm of the canyon. There are several moderate climbs here, making this one of the more popular spots in the canyon. During the hot summer months, Pillow Wall goes into shade in early afternoon.
