Start up the ramp towards the Rough Rider Terrace  ledge following the rightmost bolt line. Climb through a steep section with pockets that leads to a stretch of cool sidepulls/laybacking. Ease onto lower angle terrain and enjoy the climbing through nice blue stone covered in tiny sea shells.

A little confusing which route you are on at the bottom then gets thin just before the lower angle stuff.  A little gym tape would help.

Another endless pitch on the Rough Rider Wall.  It just goes on and on then you have the second half.  Really good climbing on rock that gets the forearms warm but still allows recovery along the way.

Start in dihedral goes out roof trending right. The back left. Nice and long good addition to North Butt.

Crux it out on the enticing arete that splits the rough rider wall and the north buttress. Flow up another 30 feet to a small dihedral and roof feature. Crux it out again over this and then cruise it to the anchors. A stellar route - poised to be a classic! Thanks Aaron for putting in the time and work to put this one up!

This route climbs mild terrain for three or four bolts to a ledge.  From here employ delicate movement with stemming to overcome the crux.  Midway through rest at an in-cut before jutting up and left.  Ascend the final section with technique and opposing forces for a beautiful finish. 

  This route was named after a discussion the first ascentionist had with the rancher.  The rancher said there were two rules: "Close the gate and don't disrespect the cattle".

This thing stays on you and saves the best for last.  Pulling the bulges gets you some nice exposure and fun climbing.

Climb three bolts through blank-looking gray limestone to a ledge.  Pull a powerful, delicate sequence that leads to a small overhang.  Skirt this roof to the left.  Finish with delicate but easier climbing to the anchors.  This route is less sustained than most on the wall.

This sector has an excellent grade range, as well as some long routes. The wall is generally less steep than its neighbors, but the routes make up for it with sustained, technical climbing. Since this sector is actually more of a buttress, it gets sun earlier than the Rough Rider Wall. This feature can help on a cold day, but when it’s warm, you will want to hightail it for the shade. Also, this area gets more air flow than either the North Buttress or the Rough Rider Wall, so beware of windy days.
