Clean, easy climbing, good warmup or first lead. Nice and shaded, with only afternoon sun. Not quite vertical with the classic malibu pockets. Be aware that this climb shares an anchor with Chips Ahoy (to the left).

Begin climbing from the tree, right of "Moonshiner." Easier to traverse in from the left on pockets, than try to battle through the tree to beneath the bulge. Pull the bulge on large pockets to a lower angled area. Continue up the steep face and pull another bulge on pockets to the anchor.

New Release is an eliminate that follows the bolt line of Blockbuster (11a), but avoids the arete in favor of a series of small, sharp pockets.  The crux comes early but the route is relatively sustained for the length. Though it is an eliminate, the line feels natural, and is good fun and worth doing if you're in the area.

Fun, consistent climbing at the grade; follows jugs up a right-leaning arête, on a slightly past-vertical wall.

Begin on the face below a right-leaning arête and work up and left through some pockets, passing two bolts, getting to the arête sooner than later. Then just follow the arête up right past a few more bolts to the anchors. There are some hidden jugs on the other side of the arête that youre going to want to find. A little pumpy due to the steepness, but there are no moves difficult for the grade. Ignore a large percentage of the chalked pockets on the face to your right, theyre for an eliminate that follows the line without using the arête (New Release 5.12-)

(Eliminate) Adds a boulder problem (about 10 moves) to the start of New Release and then follows New Release to the end

The route is about 7 or 8 bolts, with the first 4 bolts consisting of overhung face climbing.  After clipping, the 4th bolt start stemming on the boulder behind for two more clips; and then pull of fun buldge/roof move and join the last two bolts of Vigilante to finishing on the same anchors.

Fun route definitely a worthwhile addition to the wall, a little less pocket pulling and a little more technical through the crux section involving a mini arrete bulge formation about halfway up.

A short route on mostly jugs, following a right-leaning arch. Small crux, not consistent climbing at the grade.

Climb good pockets up a short vertical face to a right-leaning arch. Follow the arch up and right a little ways, past one single move to a jug, then trend up towards the anchors. The bolts further to the right are for a different route. The route is mostly good pockets, and a huge foot helps through the crux, which is exactly one move. Guidebook calls this an .11a, thats pushing it a lot. Its soft even at .10c.

, climb the arete to a large hueco and past it to a slightly less than vertical face. Pumpy, overhanging moves.

Good holds on less than vertical face leading to a steeper section

An ok little warmup in the Stumbling Blocks Area. Short, but surprisingly good holds and moves for the grade. May not be climbable after rain.

Step over a small gap and then trend left up steep face, like most routes at Malibu this route is littered with huecos and good holds

start from small block with first bolt within reach.  move up and slightly left, then cruise right and then straight up.  avoid moving too far left towads the arete (this is another route)

A newer route, still some loose rock on this one. From the big split tree hop up on the rock and head right-ish up the slab past a few good huecos and some awkward moves. The route steepens considerably towards the top to a decent finish.

A short steep face to start, onto a ledge, then a small roof. After that it's pretty much a 5.6 cruise.
